Efficient and error-free terminal block assembly with the smart pick-by-light system: Our fitters are guided precisely through the process by the system visually displaying the required components based on the digital design plans. Our fitters then attach them to the carrier rails of the mounting plate according to the design plan.

Wire Terminal
No more cable clutter: At the wire terminal, all the necessary cables and wires for the control system are prepared automatically. It cuts the wires precisely to the correct length, removes the insulation for optimum further processing, crimps wire end ferrules for a secure connection and labels each wire individually with information on the correct connections.

Automated labeling for maximum precision
Cables, terminals and components are marked directly from the EPLAN design data and the digital twin with all relevant information. This way, our fitters know immediately which component belongs where – for a flawless final assembly in which everything simply matches.
