Solution Architect (m/f/d) for control, visualisation and PLC systems
As a Solution Architect (m/f/d) for control, visualization & PLC systems, you will work hands-on on our PLC/SCADA solutions, define technical standards, and ensure that requirements become stable, scalable systems. The focus is on I&C technology for data centers: the places where everything comes together for our digital lives. A lot of responsibility? Plenty of opportunities!
- Completed vocational training/degree in IT or electrical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in SCADA/control systems/visualization and PLC-related automation.
- Leadership experience and a proven track record in people management.
- Very strong skills in analysis, fault diagnosis, and sustainable problem resolution.
- You can clearly capture customer requirements, structure them, and translate them into technically sound solutions.
- You will play a key role in shaping our PLC, control & visualization solutions—from architecture through implementation.
- Hands-on: architecture, PLC-related logic, visualization/control systems, standards, reviews.
- You integrate plant and operational data in a scalable way (e.g., via IIoT/MQTT, Edge/Enterprise/Mobile) and make it usable in day-to-day operations.
- You are the technical point of contact for projects involving SCADA, PLC, and control & visualization systems.
- You ensure quality in the development of PLC software and SCADA systems.
- You provide on-site support for projects as needed (2–4 days per month), gather requirements, validate technical decisions, and implement solutions.
